Apex Law Service does not engage in in-person or real-time solicitation of individuals at jails,
hospitals, accident scenes, or similar locations. We use only opt-in, digital communications.

We do not recommend a particular lawyer; clients choose the attorney. If a client hires
an attorney, any paralegal work we perform is assigned and supervised by that attorney.

We do not share in attorney fees and are not paid based on outcomes.
Our compensation is a transparent, flat rate of $150 per hour for paralegal work only.
Payment is typically made by the attorney (who invoices the client) or, if the attorney so instructs,
directly by the client—always for hourly paralegal services and never contingent on results.
