We have a very simple business deal for people who want to be Marketing Partners.  Apex Law Service will pay you a $100 Marketing Fee for any type of Client Case you bring to us after the Client hires Apex Law Service and an Attorney Client of ours.  The Attorney can also elect to pay you upwards of another $200 in some instances as an Additional Marketing Fee, but is not bound to do so.  Please contact us if you are interested in being on our list of Marketing Partners, there are a set of general legal issues which we need to make sure you understand and business practices you are following before we can sign an agreement with you. 

We work our hardest to convince the Attorney who takes the case to pay you the Marketing Partner the additional $200 by working for $10/hr. less for enough hours as the Attorney’s Paralegal Sub-Contractor so that the $200 the Attorney ends up paying you doesn’t affect their bottom line hardly at all.  We make you aware of new contacts and cases, but not of their specific identity, simply the fact that somebody has contacted us via your page.  If one of the Contacts who comes to us as one of your referrals becomes a Client and hires one of our Attorney Clients on a Contingent Fee Basis, the Attorney Only will pay you your entire Marketing Fee and it will usually be the entire $300 Marketing Fee unless the case is absolutely too small.
