Create a Client Portal Account above or you can use the contact form on our home page to contact us for a password. If you create your own Client Portal Account, make sure to check your email to activate the account.
NOTE: Creating a Client Portal Account does not mean that you have retained the services of Apex Law Service, but only that you have opened a secure and direct line of communication with Apex Law Service. You have to hire Apex Law Service and then hire one of the Attorneys who we introduce you to who will use us as their Outsourced Paralegal to have full privileged communication rights extend to Apex on your behalf. This is only an issue if Apex Law Service communicates to you that Apex cannot take you as a Client and you then continue to communicate with Apex. Anything after that point cannot be kept privileged if subpoenaed by an adverse party, but will be kept confidential unless subpoenaed and/or discovered via interrogatory. We want you to have a favorable outcome in your legal case and so please, if Apex Law Service communicates to you that Apex cannot take you as a Client, keep this in mind.
We use a Client Portal for communications because we know that only we and our Clients can see the communications. We use email sparingly and will never send any real message via email other than to request that you as a Client check your client portal for the communication we have left you. This way we have a clean record of communication and also we uphold privileged communication duty as well as HIPPA and GDPR regulation requirements.
